THE KIT INCLUDES:

• 2 x SW400T electromechanical telescopic actuators (ambidextrous = each can be mounted either on the right or on the left) at 12Vdc complete with fixing brackets and 1m of cable each, manual emergency release system double electrical insulation, maximum safety suitable for continuous intensive use in any type of climate and temperature.
• 1 x 7851ROL control unit with toroidal transformer and CTH41 electronic board (rolling code radio receiver and integrated antenna cable on board). Control unit with IP66.
• 1 x 6203R 2-channel DUCATI rolling code remote control (over 3 billion combinations for maximum safety).
• 1 x SW7500 flashing light.
• 1 x trefoil key for emergency manual release.
• 1 x signal plate to be affixed on the gate.

only electric cables and plugs to fix components to the pillar / gate are excluded from supply as they must be purchased in the length and type suitable for the sizes and materials of your structure.

• Telescopic actuators with 400mm stroke for greater lever force and less mechanical effort of the system.
• Step-by-step operation mode (open-stop-close-stop) or with auto-closing hardened with a fixed pause time of 30 seconds.
• The automation can be controlled by remote controls Ducati rolling code (1 provided in the kit). You can add up to tot. 10 remote controls. If you need more remote controls just add a Ducati rolling code radio receiver with management capacity up to 100 remote controls.
• The system is designed to be controlled also by a push button or any command connected in yarn (e.g. intercom button, key selector or any other external control device). In this case, the intended entry is with clean, monostable contact NO (normally open).
• It is also possible to connect a GSM or Wifi control device. The board can provide a 12V power output. Attention: the compatibility of GSM or Wifi control modules is conditioned by the presence of clean monostable contact NO (normally open). Clearly you need to have a good GSM / Wifi signal at the gate.
• Automatic lock of closing wings: no electro-lock is needed to keep the gate closed.
• Emergency manual release by means of a three-lobed key supplied in the kit. On request it is available the accessory that protects the unlocking with a key lock: article SW-lock (optional accessory).
• Safety is guaranteed by an obstacle detection and pressure control system. In case of impact on an obstacle it is the automation itself to detect it and limiting the pressure and stopping immediately. Photocells that remain an optional safety accessory that can be added at will are no longer required and are used to prevent contact with any obstacle along the way, when the gate is closed. See current European legislation EN13241-1:2003 +A1 (April 2011) EN12453:2002 EN12445:2000. The photocells are mainly useful to prevent contact with a vehicle that crosses the driveway while the gate is closing in order to avoid scratches to the body.
• Product certified and in compliance with all points of the European regulations in force. NEMKO and INTERTEK certifications available on request.
• Installation is quick and easy and requires the intervention of an electrician only for the connection of the power cable from the 230V network (or 110V on request).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND LIMITS OF USE

• Electromechanical opener with worm, irreversible, low voltage with telescopic actuators 12V stroke 400mm.
• Power supply 230V (o110V on request) via toroidal transformer supplied.
• Operating temperature:-20 °C/+50°C.
• Limits of use: Max. 2 wings of 2,2m length each (total gate 4,4m), max 430kg.
• Suitable for swing gate a double wing with opening towards the inside or outside of the property. Attention: check that the distance between the hinge of the gate and the internal edge of the pillar to which the gate is fixed does not exceed 19cm: otherwise it will be necessary to provide for forced entry works to accommodate the actuator. Consult the installation manual prior to purchase or contact service if you are unsure will be given appropriate advice.

NOTE for standard version (withouth mechanical end limits) or FC (with mechanical end limits):

• The motorisation stops the movement thanks to an amperometric detection, it is therefore necessary that the structure is provided with mechanical end limits fixed to the ground that stop the doors in the closed and open gate position.

• On request, FC versions with 1 mechanical end limits are available on board each actuator. The integrated mechanical end limits allows to avoid the installation of those on the ground. Attention on this model of the FC version with integrated mechanical end limits serves:

1. If the gate opens towards the inside of the property: The mechanical end limits serves to stop the wing in open position. It is always necessary to have a mechanical end limits for the closed gate position.
2. If the gate opens to the outside of the property: mechanical end limits serves to stop the wing in closed position. It is always necessary to have a mechanical end limits for the open gate position.
